I started off my career as a young lad on the streets of Paris performing mime air guitar: It was one of those French autumnal days, which appear more frequently in memory than in life... Before the famous Claude Raspiere (mime artist and street raconteur) died, he spoke directly to me of how i must take up his legacy to continue the form of mime for the good people as long as my own life will permit me. He passed down to me his air guitar, 3 shoes and a button, all of which i would later discover, would save my life and at the same time, change it forever.

10 years has passed since Raspiere left me on the cold cobbled boulevard, revelled in a new life, with more opportunities ahead of me; with more aspirations than i could possibly wish for; with both hopes and fears. Many performances have gone by; real guitars soon entered my grasp when the punk revolution kicked in; i have performed not just in the great Paris, in which i owe my prosperity to, but also London, New York, from Berlin to Moscow, from Tehran to Kazakhstan... i will never forget the profound words Claude whispered in my ear after he was shot dead by a passing young boy, blasting away with a gun formed by his pointing hands; even after he fell to the candle lit street - he glanced into the heart of his vast audience and said: 'la vie peut-etre mauvaise, mais elle est belle'.
